Since buying my house last year, I’ve been tentatively and intermittently making plans to replace the nasty, faux wood paneling in my basement with drywall, and put down something tasteful to cover the concrete floor.
I was grateful then when the warmer weather brought the rain and the melting snow which made apparent a couple of bodged repairs the previous owner had made to the foundation wall.
Consequently, I’ll be investing in a urethane concrete crack repair kit soon. That should be an entertaining weekend project. The videos make it look dead simple; what could possibly go wrong?
